以实地调研所获信息为基础,探讨了芬兰拉普兰地区森林的可持续性利用及协调发展状况。阐述了拉普兰地区的林业管理模式,以及管理部门为实现可持续、协调发展与各方开展的合作;以檐状菌和大型哺乳动物为例阐释了林业与生物资源保护的协调发展,同时也分析了拉普兰林业带动区域经济、保护生境、驯鹿畜牧业及当地原住民萨米人的协调性。最后,借鉴拉普兰林业的管理经验,结合中国实际,对中国的林业管理及决策提出了建议。 Based on the information obtained from field research, the sustainable use and coordinated development of forests in Lapland, Finland, were discussed. Elaborated on the forestry management mode in Lapland and the cooperation between the management department and all parties in order to achieve sustainable and coordinated development. With the euonymus and macro-mammals as an example, the coordinated development of forestry and biological resources protection was explained, meanwhile It analyzes the coordination of Lapland forestry to promote regional economy, habitat conservation, reindeer husbandry and local indigenous peoples. Finally, based on the management experience of Lapland forestry, combined with the actual situation in China, put forward suggestions on China’s forestry management and decision-making.
