以 HPV-18 DNA 为供体、小牛胸脉 DNA 为载体,NIH 3T3细胞为受体细胞,应用磷酸钙沉淀法将供体 DNA 引入细胞内,得到了清晰的 NIH 3T3细胞形态学转化灶。
HPV-18 DNA was used as the donor and calf vein DNA was used as the vector. NIH 3T3 cells were the recipient cells. The donor DNA was introduced into the cells using the calcium phosphate precipitation method to obtain clear NIH 3T3 cell morphological focus.
