在共享和 分布式存储两种 并行计算环境 下,组织了二 维等离 子体模 拟粒子 云网 格法程 序(2 D C I C) 的并 行计算。首先,通 过分 析串 行算法 和2 D C I C 程序 的单 机执 行特 征,设 计了 并 行算 法和 实现策略;然后 ,基于共享存储和 消息传递两种 并行程序设 计方式, 在四种 共享和 分布 式存储 并行 机上,组织了具 体的并行计算,对 性能结果进行 了详细的比较分 析,获得了若干 重要结论。
Under the two parallel computing environments of shared and distributed storage, the parallel computing of two-dimensional plasma simulation particle cloud meshing program (2 D C I C) was organized. First of all, we designed parallel algorithms and implementation strategies by analyzing the serial algorithms and the single-machine execution features of 2-D C I C programs. Then, based on two parallel programming approaches, shared memory and message passing, four shared and distributed memory Parallel machine, the organization of a specific parallel computing, the performance of the results of a detailed comparative analysis, obtained a number of important conclusions.
