[目的 ]确认已培育的毛丝鼠中耳上皮细胞株 (CMEC 1)细胞所能表达的细胞角蛋白多肽 .[方法 ]利用免疫细胞化学原理和间接免疫荧光技术 ,将 13种细胞角蛋白抗体试剂反应于培育2 5代的毛丝鼠中耳上皮细胞株细胞和初代培养的毛丝鼠中耳上皮细胞 ,再与附有荧光素的山羊抗鼠IgG反应 .用荧光显微镜观察 .[结果 ]上述两种细胞与细胞角蛋白抗体 6B10 ,CY 90 ,LDS 6 8,C 11,K8.13和细胞角蛋白抗体C 11,PCK 2 6 ,CY 90 ,KS1A3,M 2 0和A53 B/A2的混合液呈阳性反应 .但与细胞角蛋白抗体CKB1,CK E3,K4 .6 2 ,PCK 2 6 ,K8.12 ,K8.6 0 ,M 2 0呈阴性反应 .[结论 ]毛丝鼠中耳上皮细胞株细胞与初代培养的毛丝鼠中耳上皮细胞均表达细胞角蛋白多肽 4 ,7和 18.
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to confirm the cytokeratin polypeptide expressed in CMEC 1 cells of cultured Cordyceps. [Methods] The immunocytochemistry and indirect immunofluorescence technique were used to screen 13 kinds of cytokeratin antibodies Reagents were incubated in cultured neonatal mouse middle ear epithelial cells and hairy middle ear epithelial cells cultured first generation, and then reacted with goat anti-mouse IgG with fluorescein. [Results] The above two cells are associated with cytokeratin antibodies 6B10, CY90, LDS68, C11, K8.13 and cytokeratin antibodies C11, PCK26, CY90, KS1A3, M20 and A53 B / A2 The mixed solution was positive, but negative with cytokeratin antibodies CKB1, CK E3, K4.62, PCK 2 6, K8.12, K8.6 0, M 2 0. [Conclusion] Epithelial cells and primary cultured human hair epithelial cells express cytokeratin 4, 7 and 18.
