商业银行中间业务收入在银行业整体收入中的占比逐渐增大,针对银行业收费的监管也受到管理层重视,但相关监管措施仍不完善。本文通过梳理文献中关于银行业收费监管的相关研究,对比中国大陆、中国台湾、美国监管条例的异同,从行为经济学中有限注意的视角,发现当前对于银行收费的监管条例过于笼统,缺乏根据场景及消费者行为的适应性条款与创新的收费模式。本文结合学理研究与实践经验,对银行业收费监管的发展提出相关建议。
The proportion of intermediary business income of commercial banks in the overall income of the banking industry has been gradually increasing. Supervision of banking charges has also been taken seriously by management, but the relevant regulatory measures are still not perfect. By combing the relevant literature on banking regulation, comparing the similarities and differences between China, Taiwan, and the United States, from the perspective of limited attention in behavioral economics, we find that the current regulations on bank charges are too general and lacks basis Scenarios and Consumer Behavior Adaptation Clauses and Innovative Pricing Models. Based on the research and practical experience of academic research, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of banking supervision.
