以工业生产的D314大孔阴离子交换树脂为原料,采用与高锰酸钾离子交换并高温煅烧的方法制备了多孔碳/氧化锰材料。在多孔碳/氧化锰分散体系中,采用原位聚合方法制备了新型聚苯胺/多孔碳复合材料。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、循环伏安、恒流充放电及交流阻抗等对其微观形态和电化学性质进行了分析。结果表明,制得复合材料具有多孔结构,并且有良好的电化学特性。
Porous carbon / manganese oxide material was prepared by the industrial production of D314 macroporous anion exchange resin with potassium permanganate ion exchange and high temperature calcination. In the porous carbon / manganese oxide dispersion, a novel polyaniline / porous carbon composite was prepared by in-situ polymerization. The morphology and electrochemical properties of the samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammetry, constant current charge-discharge and AC impedance . The results show that the prepared composite has a porous structure and has good electrochemical properties.
