通过合金元素的加入和合理的熔炼工艺,改变了铸件的组织,减少了夹杂,排气端座的综合性能得到提升,力学性能达到抗拉强度≥276 MPa,抗弯应力≥11.56 k N/cm~2。满足了双螺杆压缩机排气座铸件的技术要求。
Through the addition of alloying elements and reasonable smelting process, the structure of the castings is changed and the inclusions are reduced. The comprehensive performance of the exhaust seat is improved. The mechanical properties reach the tensile strength ≥276 MPa and the flexural stress ≥11.56 kN / cm ~ 2. Meet the twin-screw compressor exhaust seat casting technical requirements.
