本文介绍了武汉钢铁公司热轧厂生产的三种不同厚度、不同成分的T52L钢板在各种受力条件下所表现的抗破坏能力的研究结果。这种钢板已用来冲制一种汽车的大梁和另一种汽车的横梁。从常规力学性能、硬化能力、抗破断能力及断裂韧性等方面,对T52L钢板进行了分析与评价,并与第二汽车制造厂使用的日本产20Al及重庆钢铁公司产16Mn进行了比较。试验结果证明,T52L钢具有较好的冲击韧性、断裂韧性、抗破断能力及冷弯成形能力,尤其在高应力区,T52L钢有减缓裂纹扩展的趋势。这些特性为T52L钢安全使用提供了一定的保证。
This paper presents the results of the study on the anti-sabotage ability of T52L steel plates with different thicknesses and under different stress conditions produced by the Wuhan Iron and Steel Company hot rolling mill. This steel plate has been used to punch a car’s girder and another car’s beams. T52L steel was analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of conventional mechanical properties, hardenability, breaking resistance and fracture toughness. The results were compared with those of 20Al made in Japan and 16Mn made by Chongqing Iron and Steel Company. The test results show that T52L steel has better impact toughness, fracture toughness, breaking resistance and cold forming ability, especially in the high stress area, T52L steel has the tendency of slowing crack propagation. These features provide a guarantee for the safe use of T52L steel.
