一、教师阅读,身教重于言教“阅读是生命存在的重要方式”。在应试教育的指挥棒下,功利主义有所抬头,不仅学生的阅读状况堪忧,教师的阅读也不容乐观:很多老师眼中只有考分,没时间或不愿意读其他的书,他们只读教材、教参,只钻研解题思路及押题技巧,陷入到“题海战术”的泥潭,生活视野越来越窄,文化素养也每况愈下。众所周知只有爱读书的老师,才能教出爱读书的学生来,我们很难想象,一个厌恶读书、情感枯竭的老师,能够培养出具有较高人文素养的学生。
