目的:研究成骨细胞体外培养后复合自固化磷酸钙人工骨(calcium phosphate cement,CPC)修复骨缺损的效果。方法:18只家兔自体成骨细胞培养至第3代在双侧下颌骨设直径1cm圆形人工骨缺损,并植入A组成骨细胞复合自固化磷酸钙材料。B组自固化磷酸钙材料分别于4、8、12周处死取材进行X线片、组织学观察。结果:A组骨缺损修复区X线片:骨组织边界逐渐模糊均匀一致,组织学观察:大量骨小梁形成网状和板状排列板层骨形成,实验结果均优于B组。结论:自体成骨细胞复合自固化磷酸钙人工骨修复兔下颌骨缺损具有良好的骨形成作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of calcium phosphate cement (CPC) on the repair of bone defects of osteoblasts cultured in vitro. METHODS: Eighteen rabbits were cultured in autologous osteoblasts until passage 3 to establish a 1 cm diameter artificial bone defect with a diameter of 1 cm on both sides of the mandible. A group of osteoblast self-curing calcium phosphate cement was implanted. B group self-curing calcium phosphate materials were sacrificed at 4, 8, 12 weeks for X-ray film, histological observation. Results: A group of bone defect repair area X-ray film: bone tissue boundaries gradually blurred uniform histological observation: a large number of trabecular meshwork and plate-like plate formation bone formation, the experimental results are better than the B group. CONCLUSION: Autologous osteoblast self-hardened calcium phosphate artificial bone has good bone formation in rabbit mandibular defects.
