新课程标准开始执行和推广后,无形中也就要求当今体育教师要不断加强自身素质的提高,从而适应新课标的改革。这就必须改善和加强目前教师继续教育培训工作。本研究采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,对秦巴山区体育教师继续教育现状进行研究,得出秦巴山区体育教师继续教育管理严重缺乏制度保证,体育教师及学校领导对教师继续教育及教师继续教育的目的的认识存在偏差,体育教师主动参与教师继续教育的积极性不够,教学手段、形式单一,课程不能按实际需求来设置,课程内容与实际情况存在脱节,针对性不强等结论。并提出针对性建议。
After the implementation of the new curriculum standards and promotion, virtually also requires that today’s physical education teachers should continue to enhance their own quality, so as to adapt to the new curriculum reform. In this study, we use literature, interview, questionnaire and other research methods to study the current situation of PE teachers’continuing education in Qinling-Bashan Mountains. There is not enough enthusiasm for physical education teachers to actively participate in continuing education for teachers. Teaching methods and forms are simple. Curricula can not be set according to actual needs. . And put forward targeted suggestions.
