加强民族地区各阶段学生民族团结教育是把民族团结教育贯穿于国民教育全过程的必然要求和重要组成部分。当前,民族地区大学与中、小学的民族团结教育存在目标衔接缺乏系统性;内容衔接缺乏科学性和合理性;方法衔接时代性和实践性的缺失;管理和评价衔接不够灵活等问题。因此,应当采用整体规划,灵活适用;有机统一,循序渐进;网上网下,加强实践;制度设计,广泛动员等治理路径,有效提升民族地区民族团结教育。
Strengthening national minority solidarity education in all stages of ethnic minority areas is an inevitable requirement and an important part of carrying out national unity education throughout the entire process of national education. At present, there is a lack of systematic linking of national unity education among universities in ethnic minorities and primary and secondary schools; the lack of scientific and reasonable connection of content; the lack of convergence of the current and practical methods; the lack of flexibility in management and evaluation. Therefore, the overall planning should be adopted and applied flexibly; the organic integration should be gradual; the online and offline should be strengthened to strengthen the practice; the system design and the extensive mobilization should be taken to effectively promote ethnic solidarity education in minority areas.
