目的 研究多西他赛联合希岁达治疗晚期胃癌的辽效及毒副反应.方法 对28例晚期胃癌患者菜用多西他赛联合希罗达治辽,多西他赛75mg·m-2,静脉滴注,加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL静脉滴注2～3h,第1d;希罗达1250mg·m-2,口服,每d2次,第一天至第十四天给予.每3周为一个周期,2周期后评价疗效,有效者化疗4个周期以上.结果 28例患者治疗后.完全缓解（CR）3例（10.7%）,部分缓解（PR）15例（53.6%）、稳定（SD）8例（28.6%）、进展（PD）2例（7.1%）,
