纳米技术是21世纪发展起来的新兴学科,给许多行业带来了巨大的变化,它对医学的渗透与影响更是显而易见。纳米微粒所具有的量子尺寸效应、小尺寸效应、表面效应与协同效应使其展现出许多特有的性质,如比表面积大、表面活性中心多、表面反应活性高、吸附能力强、催化能力高、毒性低及不易受体内和细胞内各种酶的降解等,为其在医学研究应用向纵深发展开辟了崭新的途径,提供了更加科学的手段。本文就纳米技术在心血管医学方面的应用进行了综述。
Nanotechnology, a new discipline developed in the 21st century, has brought tremendous changes to many industries. Its infiltration into and influence on medicine are even more obvious.
