针对某电厂 2 0 0 8t/h锅炉存在汽温偏低问题 ,对锅炉进行了热力计算和燃烧调整试验 ,进而进行了锅炉燃烧器布置调整 ,增加了后屏再热器的受热面积。计算和试验结果表明 :保持炉膛沾污系数为0 .3 5至 0 .4 5 ,过量空气系数为 1 .3左右 ,燃烧器上摆 8°至 1 6° ,关闭上层燃尽风 ,维持低氧量 ( 3 .0 % )运行 ,可有效地提高蒸汽温度
In view of the low steam temperature of a 2800t / h boiler in a power plant, the boiler was subjected to the thermal calculation and the combustion adjustment test.
