Today's increasingly competitive markets are all companies trying to attract and retain talent, and many of the 100 companies that Fortune magazine ranked as the most suitable jobs in the United States are non-instrumental in this regard. Of the 58 listed companies, 36 offer share options to all employees. So, while real wages in the United States grew only 8% in the past year, more than 1,000 employees of Charles Schwab presented more than a million dollars on account of the company's generous stock. Of course, economic benefits are not the most important, and these companies also work hard to help employees balance the relationship between their family life and their jobs. More and more companies provide employees with conditions such as housekeeping services and internal nurseries. Of the 100 best-fit companies in the United States, 89 have taken the approach of compressing working days, and 87 companies even allow employees to calculate over the Internet
