本文确立必宁特30%可湿性粉剂中莎稗磷在水稻中的残留量的气相色谱分析方法。水稻样本用丙酮提取后,萃取到二氯甲烷中,柱净化后,用气相色谱火焰光度(FPD)检测器检测。本方法对必宁特30%可湿性粉剂中莎稗磷在稻田水、稻田土、稻苗、稻壳、稻米的平均回收率范围为81.89%~99.80%,变异系数为0.50%~6.59%,最小检出量为0.5ng,在稻田水、稻田土中最小检出浓度分别为0.005mg/L,0.01mg/kg。在稻苗、稻壳、稻米中的最小检出浓度均为0.05mg/kg。
This paper establishes the gas chromatographic analysis of residues of the anilofos in rice in the BENTOX 30% wettable powder. Rice samples were extracted with acetone and extracted into methylene chloride. The column was cleaned and detected by gas chromatographic flame photometric (FPD) detector. The average recovery rate of the anilofos in 30% WP of Bainingtui in paddy field water, paddy soil, rice seedlings, rice husk and rice ranged from 81.89% to 99.80% with a coefficient of variation of 0. 50% ~ 6.59%, the minimum detectable amount is 0.5ng. The minimum detectable concentrations in paddy field and paddy soil are 0.005mg / L and 0.01mg / kg, respectively. In rice seedlings, rice hulls, rice, the minimum detectable concentrations were 0.05mg / kg.
