1 故障现象 我段作为郑州铁路局ＤＦ7型机车中修基地之一 ,每年有 30余台中修任务 ,在所承修的ＤＦ7型机车中 ,先后有 7台次机车出现 2、5位轮对与轴箱拉杆互磨的现象 (见表 1)。该故障多发生在曲线线路上 ,伴随有摩擦声 ,同时轮箍外侧面白色油漆沿圆周有一宽度约 10ｍｍ、
