为调查兴仁县雨樟烟草基地单元内影响现代烟草农业发展的四大要素(烟地、烟草基础设施、烟农及烟农合作社)现状,为基地单元建设及可持续发展提供参考,采用调查及访谈形式对基地单元内的85户烟农进行了调查。结果表明:烟农种烟经验丰富,文化素质较低;租地种烟面积较大,土地流转有一定难度;烟草基础设施投入较大,利用率不高;烟农对合作社的认识有限,接纳程度较低。
In order to investigate the status quo of the four elements affecting the development of modern tobacco agriculture (tobacco land, tobacco infrastructure, tobacco farmers and farmers’ cooperatives) in the unit of Xunzhang County’s Yu Zhang tobacco base, and to provide reference for the construction of base units and sustainable development, the survey and interviews were conducted In the form of 85 units of farmers within the base unit were investigated. The results showed that: Tobacco farmers have rich experience in tobacco cultivation, with low cultural quality; large area of land for tobacco cultivation and difficulty in land transfer; large investment in tobacco infrastructure and low utilization rate; tobacco farmers have limited understanding of cooperatives and acceptance levels low.
