基于定量金相分析方法研究了不同热处理后的镍铝青铜显微组织与布氏硬度的关系。重点分析了固溶温度和时效温度变化时,镍铝青铜软相与硬相比例、α相的平均晶粒尺寸与布氏硬度的定量关系。结果表明,针对挤制态的合金,当固溶温度在900~950℃范围变化时,合金布氏硬度对α相的尺寸和软硬相比例非常敏感,且满足特定的回归方程。当合金在不同温度下时效,时效温度对α相的尺寸和软硬相比例影响很小,不同时效温度下的合金布氏硬度变化主要受β’相分解的影响。
The relationship between microstructure and Brinell hardness of Ni-Al bronze after different heat treatments was studied based on quantitative metallographic analysis. The quantitative relationship between the soft phase and the hard phase, the average grain size of α phase and Brinell hardness was analyzed emphatically when the solution temperature and the aging temperature were changed. The results show that the Brinell hardness of alloy is very sensitive to the size of α phase and the ratio of hard to hard phase when the solution temperature varies from 900 ℃ to 950 ℃, and the specific regression equation is satisfied. When the alloy is aged at different temperatures, the aging temperature has little effect on the size of α phase and the ratio of hard to hard phases. The Brinell hardness changes of alloys at different aging temperatures are mainly affected by β ’phase decomposition.
