中铁十二局集团二公司工会洪晓强报道日前,中铁十二局集团二公司推出八大惠民工程,将有效提高职工的幸福指数。一是提高职工收入水平。该公司结合企业发展实际,通过工资集体协商,确立了职工人均年收入增长10%的目标。同时,对不执行公司规定,薪酬过低或过高的项目进行干预,确保同一区域的职工收入水平趋于平衡。
