皮肤癌一般属少见的恶性肿瘤,据上海肿瘤研究所恶性肿瘤登记资料,皮肤癌占全身恶性肿瘤发病数的第十一位。青海地处高原,气候寒冷,居民生活习惯有一定特殊性,皮肤癌的发病数目前仍不少见。我院自1978年到1981年四年间共收治皮肤癌51例,分析如下。临床资料一、年龄:50岁以上为高发年龄,50岁以下发病较少。见表一。二、性别:男性42例,女性9例,男女比例4.6:1。三、职业:主要为农民占90.16％(46/51),其他职业极少,干部无一例。见表二。四、病变部位: Skin cancer is generally a rare malignancy, according to the Shanghai Cancer Institute registration data of malignant tumors, skin cancer accounts for the incidence of malignant tumors of the eleventh.
