弯曲试验是检验材料抗弯性能的一种工艺试验方法。通过冷弯试验可以检验材料的塑性,并可将焊接试样的缺陷暴露出来,弯曲试验的质量主要取决于弯心直径、支座跨距和弯曲角度,这三个因素中弯曲角度是最难控制的,因此对弯曲试验的质量影响很大。在GB232-82“金属弯曲试验法”标准中,当试验材料要求弯曲α角时(如图1),没有规定测量角度的方法,也未规定测角精度。而在实际的弯曲试验过程中,又不便直接准确测量弯曲角度,为此我们通过理论计算给出了试样弯曲角度和弯心垂直行程的关系,并通过大量的实践证明,我们这种计算方法是正确的,而且是可行的。
Bending test is to test the material bending performance of a process test method. The cold bending test can test the plasticity of the material and expose the defects of the welded specimen. The quality of the bending test mainly depends on the diameter of the bending center, the span of the support and the bending angle, of which the bending angle is the most difficult Control, so the quality of the bending test has a great impact. In GB232-82 “metal bending test ” standard, when the test material requires bending angle alpha (Figure 1), there is no method of measuring the angle, nor does it provide angle accuracy. However, in the actual bending test, it is inconvenient to directly measure the bending angle. Therefore, we theoretically calculate the relationship between the bending angle of the specimen and the vertical stroke of the bending center. We have proved through lots of experiments that our calculation method Is correct, and is feasible.
