近日,笔者与国网株洲供电公司员工一同来到株洲云田变电站附近,在220千伏云桂Ⅰ线1#至变电站的输电线路下,150余棵栾树约有4米高,距离上方导线的距离仅有4米左右,已远远小于220千伏电力设施5米安全距离的要求,很有可能因安全距离不足,造成输电线路通过树木连通接地,引起线路跳闸,影响电网的安全运行。当地村民种植的“摇钱树”违反了相关法律法规,却明目张胆地种、提出无理补偿要求,这里面深层次
