目的探讨H型高血压患者血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)水平的变化及其与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的相关性。方法 116例高血压患者,根据血浆Hcy水平的不同分为H型高血压组(HH组,76例)和非H型高血压组(NHH组,40例),同时选择40例于本院行体检的健康者为对照组(NT组)。比较三组研究对象血压、血糖、AIP、Hcy、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)指标水平。结果 HH组与NHH组患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)高于NT组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);HH组与NHH组患者SBP、DBP比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组研究对象的血糖水平两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HH组与NHH组患者血浆Hcy、hs-CRP、AIP高于NT组,HH组患者血浆Hcy、hs-CRP、AIP明显高于NHH组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。H型高血压患者血浆Hcy水平与AIP呈正相关(r=0.712,P<0.05)。结论 H型高血压患者AIP水平进一步升高,动脉粥样硬化(AS)化程度更明显,且Hcy与AIP水平呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma atherosclerosis index (AIP) and its relationship with homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with Hypertension. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with hypertension were divided into H type hypertension group (HH group, 76 cases) and non - H type hypertension group (NHH group, 40 cases) according to the plasma Hcy level. Forty patients Physical examination of healthy control group (NT group). Blood pressure, blood glucose, AIP, Hcy and hs-CRP were compared among the three groups. Results SBP and DBP in HH group and NHH group were significantly higher than those in NT group (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in SBP and DBP between HH group and NHH group Significance (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the blood glucose level among the three groups (P> 0.05). The plasma Hcy, hs-CRP and AIP in HH and NHH groups were higher than those in NT group. The Hcy, hs-CRP and AIP in HH group were significantly higher than those in NHH group (P <0.05). Plasma Hcy level in Hypertensive patients was positively correlated with AIP (r = 0.712, P <0.05). Conclusions The level of AIP in Hypertensive patients is further increased, the degree of atherosclerosis (AS) is more obvious, and Hcy and AIP levels are positively correlated.
