本文认为,当前中国就业压力主要归因于精神或心理方面,缓解压力的对策应该是制度创新,即劳动力市场化。劳动力市场化不仅有利于缓解劳动者心理压力,从而缓解就业压力,而且有利于提供相对平等的就业机会,提供相对多的就业岗位。此外,还有利于激发劳动者努力学习、追求上进的进取心,最终有利于推动生产力发展
This paper argues that the current employment pressure in China is mainly due to mental or psychological aspects, and measures to ease pressure should be institutional innovation, that is, labor marketization. Labor marketization not only helps alleviate the psychological pressure on workers, thus alleviating employment pressure, but also helps to provide relatively equal employment opportunities and provide relatively more jobs.
