应用单克隆抗体铺皿法,从人外周血中分离出CD_4,CD_8,CD_(19)(B)和CD_(57)(NK)四种淋巴细胞亚群,观察了各亚群细胞的肿瘤杀伤活性和相互调节以及小剂量辐射对CD_(57)细胞功能和亚群间调节的影响。结果发现,以上四种淋巴细胞亚群均具有肿瘤杀伤活性,其中以CD_(57)细胞的杀伤活性最强。CD_4和CD_(57)细胞混合培养后的总NK活性超过两者之和,而CD_8,CD_(19)分别与CD_(57)细胞混合培养后,总NK活性与两者单独培养之和相比无显著性差
