目的:研究茜草素对结核分枝杆菌(Mycobaeterium tuberculosis,MTB)抑菌作用,为进一步开发中药新药奠定基础。方法:用敏感或耐一种或以上结核药的结核菌株,用对倍稀释法制备成不同浓度的含茜草素的药物培养基,最终测定药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:茜草素对全敏菌株的MIC是160μg/m L,MBC是320μg/m L,对耐药菌株的MIC是160或320μg/m L,MBC是320或640μg/m L。结论:茜草素对结核分枝杆菌有一定的抑菌活性,其中对全敏菌株可能有更好的抑菌效果。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of madder on Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) and lay the foundation for the further development of new Chinese medicine. Methods: The drug-resistant matrine-containing medium was prepared by doubling dilution method with TB strains sensitive or resistant to one or more kinds of tuberculosis drugs. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration MBC). Results: The results showed that the MIC for the full-susceptible strain was 160 μg / ml and the MBC was 320 μg / ml. The MIC for the resistant strain was 160 or 320 μg / ml and the MBC was 320 or 640 μg / ml. Conclusion: Rubescensum has some antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which may have better antibacterial effect on the whole strain.
