①目的探讨动脉瘤样骨囊肿的ＣＴ诊断特征。②方法对１０例经病理证实的动脉瘤样骨囊肿的ＣＴ表现进行回顾性分析。③结果８例典型的动脉瘤样骨囊肿表现为边界清楚的蜂窝状囊实性软组织肿块，骨性包壳内缘见多弧状压迹。１例出现液－液平面，２例出现不规则细条状钙化。④结论边界清楚的骨质破坏区内蜂窝状囊实性肿块征象较液－液平面征象更有诊断价值。
Objective To investigate CT diagnostic features of aneurysmal bone cysts. 2 Methods CT findings of 10 cases of pathologically confirmed aneurysmal bone cysts were retrospectively analyzed. 3 Results 8 cases of typical aneurysmal bone cyst showed a clear boundary honeycomb cystic solid soft tissue mass, the inner edge of the bony cortex showed multiple arc indentation. One case appeared liquid-liquid plane, and 2 cases showed irregular thin-striped calcification. 4 Conclusions Signs of solid cystic masses in the well-defined bone destruction zone are more diagnostic than liquid-liquid level signs.
