山东等北方地区小麦秸秆资源丰富,为草菇栽培生产实现“南菇北移”提供了原料保证,但由于气候等因素所致,草菇产量普遍低而不稳。研究表明,基料有效积温与草菇生物转化率之间存在着正相关效应,而某些辅料的添加组合,也通过改变基料积温对产量有较大影响
Shandong and other northern regions rich in wheat straw resources, straw mushroom cultivation and production to achieve “south mushroom northward” to provide raw material assurance, but due to climate and other factors, mushroom production generally low and unstable. Studies have shown that there is a positive correlation between the effective accumulated temperature of base material and the biological conversion rate of straw mushrooms. However, the addition and combination of some auxiliary materials also have a greater impact on the yield by changing the accumulated temperature of the base material
