一、几起地基事故分析1.某饭店倒塌事故该饭店为我市著名饭店之一。原为二层砖木结构,1972年曾向北扩建,西邻商店,东接浴池。商店与饭店外墙间距仅0.8米。商店因重建需要挖3.6米深的基坑,为保证饭店安全,设计维护灌注桩一排,桩长6米,桩距0.75米,桩径0.25米。桩采用200~#混凝土,Ⅱ级钢筋,纵向配置6φ16。按环形截面计算,单桩抗弯强度为3.25吨-米,
First, a few ground accident analysis 1. A hotel collapse accident The hotel is one of the city’s famous hotels. Originally a two-story brick-wood structure, it was expanded northwards in 1972. It is adjacent to shops in the west and baths in the east. The distance between the shop and the hotel’s exterior wall is only 0.8 meters. The store needs to dig 3.6 meters deep for the reconstruction. In order to ensure the safety of the hotel, a row of piles is designed and maintained. The length of the pile is 6 meters, the pile spacing is 0.75 meters, and the pile diameter is 0.25 meters. The pile uses 200~# concrete, grade II steel bar, and 6φ16 longitudinally. Calculated according to the circular section, the bending strength of the single pile is 3.25 tons-meters.
