目的:观察自拟益气温肾化瘀方治疗儿童难治性肾病综合征的效果。方法:将62例患者分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组32例采用自拟益气温肾化瘀方口服;对照组30例给予口服糖皮质激素治疗,起始剂量,按1.0~1.5毫克(kg·d)晨服,同时予优质蛋白饮食,水肿时进低盐饮食、利尿治疗。观察比较两组的疗效、治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血脂[甘油三脂(TG)和胆固醇(CH)]、白蛋白(Alb)定量等。结果:治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,经Ridit分析,U=2.428,P<0.05,差异有显著统计学意义。两组的观察指标比较,治疗组优于对照组,均P<0.01,差异有显著统计学意义。结论:自拟益气温肾化瘀方治疗儿童难治性肾病综合征的疗效良好。
Objective: To observe the effect of self-made Yiqi Wenshen Huayu Recipe in treating refractory nephrotic syndrome in children. Methods: Sixty-two patients were divided into treatment group and control group. 32 cases in the treatment group were orally administered with Yiqi Wen Shen Huayu Decoction; 30 cases in the control group were given oral glucocorticoid treatment. The initial dose was 1.0-1.5 mg D) morning wear, at the same time to high-quality protein diet, edema into the low-salt diet, diuretic treatment. The curative effect of the two groups was observed and compared. The proteinuria of 24 hours before and after treatment, the levels of serum lipids (triglyceride (TG) and cholesterol (CH)) and albumin (Alb) were determined. Results: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, Ridit analysis, U = 2.428, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The two groups of observation indicators, the treatment group than the control group, P <0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in children with Yiqi Wen Shen Huayu decoction has good curative effect.
