针对外啮合齿轮泵泵体结构对其内部流场的影响,采用FLUENT的动网格计算模型,通过变化中心距和转速,对某外啮合齿轮泵的内部流场进行数值分析。结果表明,在轮齿啮合区域附近,流体压力呈周期性大幅度变化,并在两相邻的啮合齿对间形成了显著的困油现象;中心距越小(大),出口处的平均速度越大(小),进出口压力差越大(小),困油区压力越高(低);出口流速和转速呈线性正比关系。设计时选用稍大的中心距可降低困油区压力。
In view of the influence of external gear pump structure on its internal flow field, FLUENT’s dynamic mesh calculation model was used to analyze the internal flow field of an external gear pump by changing center distance and rotation speed. The results show that the fluid pressure fluctuates cyclically in the vicinity of the meshing area of teeth and forms a significant trapped oil phenomenon between two adjacent pairs of meshing teeth. The smaller the center distance (large), the average velocity at the exit The bigger the pressure is, the smaller the pressure difference between inlet and outlet is (small) and the pressure is higher (lower) in the trapped oil area. The outlet flow velocity and speed are linearly proportional to each other. Use a slightly larger design center distance can reduce the stress of the pressure zone.
