目的探讨医护人员绩效管理在家庭医师签约服务中的应用价值。方法以东莞市南城街道社区卫生服务中心的12个服务站为研究对象,采用便利抽签法,将抽到的6个服务站作为观察组,采用绩效管理;未抽到的6个服务站作为对照组,沿用现有管理,12个月后比较两种管理模式下家庭医师签约服务效果、慢性疾病管理效果及居民对家庭医师签约服务的满意度。结果观察组居民的家庭医师知晓率、家庭医师签约率、签约居民回访率、家庭健康档案建档率和预约复诊成功率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组居民高血压、糖尿病及其他慢性疾病的规范管理率和疾病控制率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组居民对家庭医师签约服务的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在家庭医师签约服务中对医护人员实施绩效管理,可以帮助社区居民养成健康的生活行为习惯,有效提高慢性疾病控制率,是今后家庭医师签约服务管理的发展方向。
Objective To explore the application value of performance management of physicians and nurses in family doctor service. Methods Taking 12 service stations of Nancheng Street Community Health Service Center in Dongguan City as the research object, using the convenience lottery method, 6 service stations were taken as observation group and performance management was adopted. Six service stations that were not taken as control Group, using existing management, 12 months later, comparing the effect of family doctor’s signing service, the effect of chronic disease management and residents’ satisfaction with family doctor’s signing service under the two management modes. Results The awareness rate of family physicians, signing rate of family doctors, visiting rate of returning residents, filing rate of family health records and the success rate of appointment referral were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (all P <0.05) ; The standardized management rate and disease control rate of hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (all P <0.05); satisfaction of residents in signing service to family physician Degree was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of performance management of medical staff in family physician contract service can help community residents to develop healthy lifestyle behavior and effectively increase the rate of chronic disease control, which is the development direction of family physician contract service management in the future.
