用倒置显微镜、光镜及透射电镜观察了人食管癌Eca109细胞经顺铂作用后的形态学变化及细胞死亡特征。结果显示:肿瘤细胞皱缩出芽、核裂解及凋亡小体形成。电镜下凋亡细胞表面的微绒毛完全消失,代之以圆形、半圆形突起。一些细胞伸出多个不规则伪足样的突起。在消化收集药物作用后的细胞时,发现仍贴壁的细胞回缩比未用药对照细胞回缩的速度缓慢。结果提示:在细胞凋亡及其形态变化的过程中,可能伴随着细胞胞质的异常运动。
Using inverted microscope, light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy of human esophageal cancer Eca 109 cells after cisplatin morphological changes and cell death characteristics. The results showed that: the tumor cells shrink budding, nuclear lysis and apoptotic body formation. Under the electron microscope, the microvilli on the surface of apoptotic cells completely disappeared, replaced by round, semicircular protrusions. Some cells project multiple irregular pseudopodia-like protuberances. Upon digestion of the drug-treated cells, the still adherent cells were found to contract more slowly than the non-treated control cells. The results suggest that: in the process of apoptosis and its morphological changes, may be accompanied by abnormal cell cytoplasm movement.
