党中央开展这次先进性教育活动的目标要求是：“提高党员素质，加强基层组织，服务人民群众，促进各项工作。”这四句话是一个有机的整体，体现了使党员受教育，让群众得实惠的精神。如何使先进性教育活动成为群众满意的活动，笔者的拙见是：
