2010年以来,达县总工会按照全总“两个普遍”的工作要求,加大力度推进工资集体协商,全面落实职工收入分配权利。截止到目前,全县711家非公企业,30284名职工,推行工资集体协商的企业583家,占企业总数的81.99%,职工覆盖面达83.54%,职工满意率达98.5%。一、加强领导,抓住工资集体协商关键一是县委、县政府高度重视。省、市企业工资集体协商工作推进会召开后,县委常委会听取了县总工会的专题汇报,县委办、县政府办迅速出台了《关于进一步推进企业工资集体协商工作,健全完善企业分配机制的意见》,成立了全县企业工资集体协商工作领导小组,明确了目标任务,并把推动工资集体协
