企业文化建设是一项长期、艰巨的系统工程,需要企业坚持不懈的努力。企业职工是企业文化的创造者,也是企业文化的继承者。只有发动全员参与,才能成功建设优秀的企业文化。企业文化应突出“人”的观念,强调“以人为本”的管理思想,重视策动科学技术和生产发展的人文力量,重视激发人的主动性和创造性。
The construction of corporate culture is a long-term and arduous system project and requires the company to make unremitting efforts. Employees of enterprises are the creators of corporate culture and also the inheritors of corporate culture. Only by launching full participation can we successfully build a good corporate culture. Corporate culture should emphasize the concept of “people ”, emphasize “people-oriented ” management thinking, and attach importance to inspiring science and technology and the development of human strength, and inspire people’s initiative and creativity.
