英国布里斯托尔大学的研究者称,中午是运动减压的黄金时间。中午运动其实并不复杂,最简单易行的方式就是散步。吃过午饭半小时后,可以去户外散散步,不过,散步时步幅要小些,要慢一些,大约走上20分钟即可。如果有条件,还可以去打打羽毛球或乒乓球、做做瑜伽。研究者解释,中午人的精力更旺盛,通过运动能刺激内啡肽更多地分泌,从而让人心情平静,身心放松。不过,中午锻炼的时间不宜过长,强度不宜过大,因为过度劳累会适得其反,最好控制在40分钟以内,力量训练要少做,因为力量训练太消耗体力,容易导致下午困倦。
