Q690高强度钢板在煤矿用液压支架中得到了广泛的应用,为了保证煤矿生产的安全,对Q690高强度钢板焊接工艺进行研究是十分必要的。本文笔者从传统的二氧化碳保护焊接工艺进行研究,研究出80%的氩气与20%的二氧化碳混合气保护焊对焊接质量的提高有重要作用。同时,笔者改进传统的焊接工艺,对焊接过程中焊接预加热温度、焊接顺序、焊接参数和焊接后的处理进行最优化设计,经实验分析改进后的焊接件抗张、抗剪、抗疲劳能力相比于传统的焊接工艺有显著的提升。希望笔者的研究能够对有关行业从业者在焊接过程中起到作用,也希望供有关研究人员进行参考,进一步提升我国高强度钢板焊接工艺。
Q690 high strength steel has been widely used in coal mine hydraulic support. In order to ensure the safety of coal mine production, it is necessary to study the welding process of Q690 high strength steel plate.
