从世界工业发达国家来看,现代科学管理出现了许多新理论,有些已经在现代企业中应用,取得了显著效果;有些也作为先进管理方式,正在被更多的企业效仿,追求。今择要简介如下:人本主义(Humanism)企业经营管理中以人为本,“以人为中心”成为当代的主要趋势,这就是重视人的作用,充分开发人的能力,使人在企业中起主导作用。这样企业的人力、财力、物力、技术才能更好地发挥作用。全员管理(Management of the WholeStaff)吸收全体员工特别是班组员工参与对生产、质量、产品、事务等的管理。使用最有效的为全员质量管理(TQC),对确保产品质量起了重大作用。这可以扩展到其他方面,例如,生产安全、节能、节材、环保等。
From the perspective of industrialized countries in the world, many new theories have emerged in modern scientific management, some of which have been applied in modern enterprises and have achieved remarkable results. Some have also been followed up by more enterprises as an advanced management method. This selection should be briefly described as follows: Humanism People-oriented management in enterprises and “people-centered” have become the major trends of the times. This is to attach importance to the role of human beings and to fully develop human capabilities so that they can play a leading role in the enterprises . In this way, manpower, financial resources, material resources and technology of such enterprises can play their roles better. Management of the WholeStaff absorbs the management of all staff, especially the staff of the team, in the production, quality, product and business management. Using the most effective Total Quality Management (TQC) has played a significant role in ensuring product quality. This can be extended to other areas, for example, production safety, energy saving, material saving, environmental protection and the like.
