国家食品药品监督管理总局令第11号《食品安全抽样检验管理办法》已经国家食品药品监督管理总局局务会议审议通过,现予公布,自2015年2月1日起施行。局长张勇2014年12月31日第一章总则第一条为规范食品安全抽样检验工作,加强食品安全监督管理,保障公众身体健康和生命安全,根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》等法律法规,制定本办法。第二条食品药品监督管理部门组织实施食品安全监督抽检和风险监测的抽样检验工作,适用本办法。
