目的：探讨降糖中药对α-葡萄糖苷酶活力的影响。方法：中药水提液通过浸泡、离心、脱色等方法制备；酶活性用PNPG法测定。结果：五味子、虎杖对α-葡萄糖苷酶有强烈的抑制作用。结论：五味子、虎杖可能具有拜糖平样的降糖作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hypoglycemic Chinese herbs on α-glucosidase activity. Methods: The aqueous extracts of traditional Chinese medicine were prepared by soaking, centrifugation, and decolorization. The enzyme activity was measured by PNPG method. Results: Schisandra chinensis and Polygonum cuspidatum have a strong inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase. Conclusion: Schisandra chinensis and Polygonum cuspidatum may have hypoglycemic effect of glycosylation.
