节能、节材、环保是电力电子技术(含电源技术)研究的永恒主题。依靠电力电子变换技术实现高频化,是达到节材的主要手段之一。然而高频化虽然能够节材,但并不一定能节能,且对环境增加了电磁污染。这是因为,随着电力电子器件工作频率的提高,其开通和关断损耗将急剧增大,而且对电网的污染和对其周围电力电子设备和电子设备的干扰亦将增大。单就损耗来讲,损耗的增大,不仅降低了效率,而且也制约了频率的提高。
Energy saving, material saving, environmental protection is the eternal theme of power electronics (including power technology) research. Rely on power electronic conversion technology to achieve high frequency, is one of the main means to achieve savings. However, although high-frequency materials can be material, but not necessarily energy-saving, and increased electromagnetic pollution to the environment. This is because, as the operating frequency of power electronics increases, its turn-on and turn-off losses increase sharply, and the pollution to the power grid and its interference with the surrounding power electronics and electronic equipment will also increase.
