通过紫外分光光度法、硝酸银滴定法快速检测金属类文物有害锈蚀的种类及含量,以此作为文物脱盐处理进度的判断依据,来确定合理的处理工艺。利用电化学还原法、倍半碳酸钠、碱性甘油、酸洗缓蚀剂及BTA对铁器和铜器文物进行防护性处理,结合含消光剂及增韧剂的氟碳树脂的封闭,对馆藏具有锈蚀趋势的金属文物进行保护性处理后,在相对湿度90%以上的环境中保存二周,没有发现新生锈蚀,达到良好的保护效果。
