This article reports 32 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical College from 1998 to 2001,0000. Mechanical ventilation (MV) duration 7 ~ 6 1d, an average of 2 5 8d.
