在当前工农業生产全面大躍进的高潮中,水閘的建設数量極大(分洪閘、引水灌溉閘)。为了使水閘的修建既經济安全又能滿足設計要求,因此委托我所进行水工模型試驗的任务是既多且要求紧迫。我們水工試驗青年突击組全体同志在党的正确領导下,鼓足了干勁,完成了生产單位委托給我們的任务,对去冬和今春的水利化建設高潮起了一定的推动作用,取得了一定的成績。一、提高工作效率,超额完成工作任务:在水工試驗方面,1957年全年共进行了四項工程(衛河合河鎮蓄水工程、黄河石头庄分洪工程、引黄扩建工程、柳塔河泄水閘)四个模型試驗。当时做一个整体模型試驗需时6～7个月,断面模型需时2～3个月。但在整風运动和全面大躍进形势的推动下,从1958年初至現在6个多月的时間內,就已完成或正在进行的有14
