图书馆馆员素质决定着整个图书馆的服务水平,而继续教育是馆员更新知识、提高素质的一个重要途径。对高校图书馆员继续教育的必要性、馆员素质要求及馆员继续教育应采取的途径进行了探讨。
Librarians quality determines the service level of the entire library, and continuing education is an important way for librarians to update their knowledge and improve their quality. The necessity of continuing education for university librarians, the quality requirements of librarians and the ways to continue librarianship should be explored.
