参与有关行政部门对商品和服务的监督、参与相关法律法规的制定、提起公益诉讼……新《消法》当中,明确赋予消费者组织八项职责。新《消法》实施一年来,中国消费者协会及全国消协组织如何围绕这些职责展开工作?对于反映消费者呼声、解决消费纠纷,及时维护消费者合法权益等方面,消协组织又有哪些动作,获得了哪些成效?就此,本刊专访了中国消费者协会秘书长常宇。
