目的:本研究通过勘测心肌细胞复极化间期中的变化,即QT变异指数(QTVI)与变异率(VR),调查房间隔缺损对窦房结细胞自律性、心肌细胞复极化的影响。方法:选取2015年6月到2017年9月在我院诊断房间隔缺损患儿38例(平均年龄:2.2±1.9;平均左向右分流比率:2.1±0.70)为研究对象,40例年龄匹配且健康儿童为对照组。结果:与高分流率患者相比,低分流率对照组被检者在所有正常RR间期、心率变异率、VR及QTVI之间的标准偏差具有显著差异(P<0.05)。这些指数提供了窦房结细胞自律性的变化和心肌细胞复极化的病理变化,并可作为房缺患儿分流率的一种无创性指标以评估病情。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of atrial septal defect (AD) on sinus node cell autoregulation and cardiomyocyte repolarization by investigating changes in myocardial cell repolarization interval, QTVI and VR. Methods: From June 2015 to September 2017, 38 children with atrial septal defect (mean age 2.2 ± 1.9; mean left-to-right shunt ratio 2.1 ± 0.70) were selected as study subjects and 40 age-matched And healthy children as control group. Results: Compared with patients with high trisection rate, the standard deviation of patients with low shunt rate in the control group was significantly different (P <0.05) in all normal RR intervals, heart rate variability, VR and QTVI. These indices provide a measure of autonomic changes in sino-atrial node cells and pathologic changes in cardiomyocyte repolarization and can be used as a noninvasive indicator of the fractional rate of atrial insufficiency to assess disease status.
